Discovery + Issues

We are still unable to access discovery + after following all the advice in previous posts. spoke to Sky on Saturday & they advised that they had checked our account which showed that we did have access to the app & they asked me to do an app refresh & leave accessing the app for 24 hours. It is over 24hrs and we ares still unable to access, we keep getting the upgrade to access page. 

has anyone got any other ideas we can try before I go through the position again with Sky?

Discovery + are not interested in helping us with this issue. We have given them all the info they requested & have chased them & still they don't answer. Any other ideas on how we can watch discovery + with our Sky package
