Discovery+ App

I have messaged discovery+ but had this reply to the issue of the show I'm watching on discovery+ via the Sky Q box/app not remembering where I left the show -

 

Good Afternoon, thanks for reaching out to us with your query. There is an issue specifically with the Sky Q Box allowing the resume now function to work, for assistance with that issue you need to speak with Sky directly for assistance. Kind Regards, Brian.

 

Any idea how I can pick up the show where I left it? I have tried logging out of the app, and relogging back in but the issue is there still there.
