Why is it I can log into discover plus online and via the app on my phone but I cannot open the app on sky q. It just gives me a blank screen and no option to add a 6 dish it code or reset. Even tried waiting the box off and restating.
the app has been awful since day one constantly having log in issues and never remembering where you get to in a programme, so every time you start from the beginning of a show regardless of where you stop. The worst app I've ever used. Bloody terrible
