Discussion topic: History Channel loses sound and picture for a second every 20 seconds

For at least the last 12 months my Sky history channel has been unwatchable. Every twenty seconds(exactly, I timed it) the sound and audio cuts out, then comes straight back on.

Any clues on how to fix it?
