Pressing and holding 7 & 9 together until the remote Led flashes 4 times will factory reset the Bluetooth remotes to infrared.
In this stage they will still work any Q box within direct line of site.
The remote will be completely disconnected ftom the TV and Soundbar.
To reset the remote to Bluetooth for the Q box and pair to your TVSet (this uses infrared)
you need to make sure the Q box is on with green led.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to your TV set.
