Disc drive problem

Our sky is saying that we have a problem with our hard disc drive, we can't see our recordings or rewind on live tv

@Willow+2020 you try rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

but normally hard drive problems are terminal and end up needing the box replaced best to contact Sky now

My TV is saying hard disk problem. I can't record pause or watch a recording. I switched it off twice but still not working

Follow the Sky help advice here to reset your hard drive and/or request a replacement Sky Q box online from the link in the same article;

If as the result of the link provided by @lettice Sky suggest a box swap at the doorstep, remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into a van.
