Dire service

I have been trying to resolve issues with Sky TV the service in Ireland is second class. The Sky App identified issues that the helpdesk did not but hey ho it cannot be resolved using the Sky App because it is for the uk only. Asked for a Manager to contact me because we are unable to resolve the ongoing issues, ZERO response. Very frustrating!!!

We are unable to download recorded programmes. The Sky App identified an issue with the wifi but we have resolved this. 

 

Our pleasure is going to watch Leinster play rugby and coming home and watching the game again on the television.

 

We have tried the help line without success, have requested a call back from a Managr to try to resolve the issue, no response.

 

If anyone has any ideas they woul be greatly appreciated.

Go to your recordings manage function & make sure there are no recording waiting to download.  Even better, go to the deleted option and delete everything in there (it's a bit painful because you have to delete each one separately)

@Logical as @Invisiblename says go to your recordings and check for any that say failed or queued delete these then go into recordings > manage > deleted and delete them all from there as well then try downloading again
