broadband is working but sky tv and Netflix didn't.
Apparently for sky tv I need to have an extra device that nobody sent to me.

Re: Didn’t receive my sky tv yet
Please confirm what you've ordered? Sky Q (where you've posted) is a satellite system whereby an engineer brings the Sky Q box, any mini boxes you've ordered and a dish if you haven't got one already. Sky do not supply a TV for Sky Q if that's what you mean.

Presumably that's either Sky Q (a satellite television receiver requiring a dish) or Sky Stream (an internet-only 'set top box'). There's also Sky Glass, which is the Stream service built-in to a Sky-branded television set.
Q is installed by a Sky engineer who visits the address, while Stream and Glass hardware is sent by post/courier.
No-one in this forum knows what you have ordered.
