Delivery time's of new minin box

Will I be given a delivery day and time for my mini box to be replaced.

But what happens if im not at home, will they drop the box off and leave me yo send the faulty 1 back. ?

No. You should be given a 1 hour time slot. They won't leave it without being able to take the faulty one.,
