Delivery man refused to give us Sky Q box

We ordered a replacement Sky Q box because ours got mislaid in our house move - the delivery man refused to give it to us without us giving him a relacement Sky Q box - how can we when we don't have a Sky Q box ?

Somehow a doorstep box swap was arranged where the DPD driver will definitely not leave a box if there isn't one to take back. You'll need to contact Sky about this. You'll almost certainly be charged for the mislaid one.

Yup, you need to tell Sky that you do not have a box and will have to pay the non-return fee before they will lend you another.  (Around £117-£135)

After talking with Sky, they have now said that they will arrange for the Sky Q box to be re-sent to us.
