Delivery Driver Has Taken Viewing Card

Yesterday, I ordered a new 2tb Q to replace old 1tb Q.

 

Courier arrived 20 minutes ago. Took old box and left new one. 

 

To my horror I only then saw in instructions that Viewing Card needs to be removed and kept.

 

Nothing was communicated by Customer Service at Sky or Courier (though it's not his fault). It was in the email but having only called yesterday afternoon I hadn't even looked at that yet.

 

Any ideas what I can do next?

Contact Sky and ask them to send you another Viewing Card

In the meantime you can use Sky Go on a mobile device or laptop until your viewing card arrives. 

You could also always see if there are any Sky engineer vans in your neighbourhood doing other installations and ask the engineer nicely for a viewing card!

The advice to call Sky is your only option.  But just to be clear for others, the delivery driver didn't take your viewing card, you left it in the old box, contrary to the instructions given (allbeit, by accident)
