Delay in remote response

Hi, in recordings there is a 20-30 second delay in the remote responding. I have done the 001 reset in settings but no change

Do you mean when watching a recording the box is delayed responding to the remote? It should be instant normally, have you tried the obvious of changing the batteries first off? Is there anything interrupting the remotes line of sight to the box?
