Delay in Sky Q installation

Was supposed to have Sky Q installed last week, but was cancelled due to Storm Éowyn. Fair enough, absolutely correct decision by Sky

 

Have hear nothing since then and decided to chase up. Have been told the earliest install date is now 10th April, with no alternative later dates.

 

Not happy at waiting a further 3 months having booked some time ago. Also not happy as have paid for installation 

 

First world problem, I know, but this is very poor customer service by Sky

Another post today has mentioned a similar date for a dish realignment after the storms.

It's almost as though massively reducing your workforce might cause a peak capacity problem.
