Defective tv remote drains batteries

How do I get someone to change my TV mini box hand control which keeps draining the batteries 5 sets in three months.  Ive tried all of the suggested remedies but is still draining the batteries

First time on this platform.  Not sure how it works but if it does thank you in advance.
