Dealing with sky help lines is impossible

I have been trying for nearly 3 weeks to get ANY sense out of the so called sky help lines. I have had no or poor sky q since an engineer visited 3rd April and then they booked an engineer for today which I have spent a week trying to cancel as the day is not convenient. Im still getting emails and texts saying he is coming even thought they confirmed on the phone three times this week that they have canceled but they can't re book till their dumb system starts to work. I could tell whoever is Sky's director of customer services a hundred things they are doing wrong including making me lose the will to live
