Hello, I have tried to use the HBO Max app. I have followed the instructions and I have clicked the get HBO Max button. It shows that I have a current subscription to the HBO Max with ads, but that is as far as it gets. I can't do anything on that page other than click manage subscription which shows I am subscribed. However, I still can't access the HBO Max app. Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated. I have struggle with this for a couple days now.
