Damaged handheld tv control

My hand held remote T/V control is damagaed 

how do I go about a replacement

If your TV remote is damaged you'll have to contact the company who makes your TV for spares.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Not need to start another thread.  I have answered your original one.

 

If it's a Q remote then you can buy one from many good stores.  Or call ask Sky if they'll send you one.  https://www.sky.com/help/forms/replaceremote

@Prtec  Your duplicate posts for the same issue have been removed as these are not needed when you have already raised the issue in this thread 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
