DPD driver ran off with my Sky Q box

The door bell rang at 10.30 this morning and DPD arrived with my new SkyQ box. The driver asked for the old box and I said, yes let me get it from the kitchen. When I returned, about 20 seconds later the driver had run off and said "I'll be back in a minute ' I literally had the box in my hand and he refused to complete the swap. Why? I am completely bemused by the experience. We have not had access to any TV for 4 days ... a service I'm paying for!!!! This should be reported back to DPD as it's poor service and completely ridiculous behavior.

@Anita+Verma  You'll need to call Sky regardimg this issue.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
