@steve925 the forum has a range of knowledge so the collective of the forum has more knowledge than Sky customer service assistants which is why people are posted to the forum if you have a problem the if you let us know what the problem is we can try and help if you'd rather not post the problem on the forum then you would need to persevere on the phone to Sky
