Customer Services Telephone No
Finding it really difficult to navigate the website to find a contact number for Customer Services!
Can anyone advise?
The stupid AI bots can't handle my query, which is, "why am I being offered the Signature Package at £32.50, when I could cancel my subscription and rejoin on the superior Ultimate Plan for £22!!"

Re: Customer Services Telephone No
Because I suspect you are looking at new customer deals when you aren't a new customer?
Cancelling and 'rejoining' doesn't make you a new customer.

Re: Customer Services Telephone No
@PandJ2020 is correct. Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join. Most providers do this.
If you choose to change and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and if you want you'll be able to return to Sky as a new customer and gain the benefits available at that time.
If your discounted minimum term has ended or its ending soon the best new discounts are still normally acquired by contacting Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract.
Significant discounts are harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so don’t expect anything close to a new customer deal.
