Cost of engineer’s visit to upgrade my package to Sky Q.

I'm trying to upgrade to Sky Q. In the small print, they say there is a charge for an engineer's visit to carry out the upgrade. It doesn't say how much this costs. Does anyone know?

It can be free but it can depend on which box you want and / or subscriptions you may be offered.

I think thus it can be between £0 & £99 (or maybe  more) - see my notes I mention below

 

There is a surcharge for Weekends - I am not sure but I think £15

 

You may wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
