Hi - Help please - I started watching a long programme on ITV X via my Sky Q box but didn't finish it. When I came back next day & selected it again it starts at the beginning. I can't find any way to continue from where I left off. Very annoying when already an hour in.

This is more likely to be an ITVX problem - it can be a tad flaky with this kind of thing. I've had this happen on the ITVX app on Apple TV and Samsung TV when it doesn't update the flag of where you're up to in the programme quickly enough.
It's worthwhile logging it with ITVX Help directly, then they might do something about it:

I'm having the same problem, and I've scroll down and there's nothing to continue watching. I can see where I left off. The little bar is part filled and yet it always go back to the beginning. It is so frustrating. Annoying too because I haven't paid to remove the adverts and can't fast forward to get to where I was.

Contact ITVX using the link posted earlier.
I pay for the ITVX Premium to get rid of the ads completely and have to say that it works well for me, but I don't use the app on Sky Stream.

Hi @JAXIP I've watched some content on my phone via the itvX app then gone to the itvX app on my Sky Q box
Scrolled down to the Continue Watching and watched it from there.
I haven't paid for ad skipping but it did play from where I watched it on my phone after watching three adverts before the episode resumed

I wish I could see a picture of whether continue watching is because I cannot find it on my screen anywhere..... thanks for the info anyway

I'm also having this issue on skyQ, very frustrating , why can't I continue watching.

Hi @4321mum the continue watching should be six presses down from the homescreen
Then another seven presses down you have My List
It's alot of keypresses but Continue Watching is there on itvX app via Sky Q.
