We received a new mini box a few weeks ago, but am regularly needing to reconnect it to the wifi, which was original issue.
The WiFi keeps dropping regularly too. we have 2 boosters in the house & seemed like regular connection issues since getting the new white router.
The Main Sky Q box wps(arrows in a circle) button never flashes when pressed which is what the mini box asks for.
any advice please? Or is an engineer visit required?
