Connectivity issues

I have recently had to replace my skybQ main box.. evwrtimeningot watch tv on my minibus its either dropped connection or has no Internet..  the base issue appears to be with the main sky Q box, it drops network connection... eventually I can get everything reconnected but this is every day since the new sky q box.  This morning the q box was stuck in standby and when I pressed standby it became noisy although not warm.. unplugged it and restarted, the fan went off and it all connected, but something is wrong somewhere for this to be every time we start up? If anyone can help please?

Hi, broadband is with sky and we have the router model sr213 02 uk
