Paramount Plus Premium: login going around in circles!

I'll apologise in advance for the long post! 

I was a Paramount Plus Premium subscriber until last week when I received an email saying my contract had ended! I have no idea why this happened!
So I went in to Sky, via the Sky Q box, and upgraded to the Premium subscription (again). Everything seemed fine until I tried to log in to the app. 
I activated the account and then logged in, or tried to log in! 
When I log in I get taken to a German login page! I've tried logging in via that page but it just goes around in circles, landing back onto the login page! 
I can see in My Sky that the contract is active, and the payment has been taken, but no matter how I try to login, I just end up in a loop. 
I have tried logging in on the Paramount site, but it is wanting me to subscribe, so is not linking to the Sky account for some reason (I'm using the same login as before, which is the email address I use for Sky).
I have reset the apps and followed various help instructions, all to no avail. 

Can anyone help please?

Thanks for your reply. 
I won't be able to call until late tomorrow or the day after, which is why I thought I would ask on here, in the hope that there is a quick fix.

Sadly not if it's a problem with your account. A password reset via a web browser is usually the default approach.
