My tv does not work as it says i have a coonectivity issue

@Flateyri Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

whenever I try to connect to the internet it does not allow for this there must be a technical issue please can you help me?
