Connection

I have connected everything and my internet is working as my phone and tv downstairs is all working fine but I keep getting a blue screen saying please check your subscription. I know it has been added to my account cause I have seen it on there. Can you help?

I presume this is an image of your mini box. What channel are you trying to watch?
