I have recently replaced my main Sky Q box as it failed. Since reconnecting my Q mini box I have prx
Since replacing my Q box and reconnecting the minibox I have issues replaying recordings from the minibox. Every time the minibox is turned off when it is restarted the picture freezes or pixellates and the sound is lost.

Hi @rpcs You should leave your Mini box on standby when not in use and not powered off, try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?
