Connection to router

The sky box and q box will not connect to the router. All other devices in the house are connected to the internet

Hi @charnun   Has it connected in the past? I would start by power rebooting your broadband router (DNS Refresh) followed by the Sky Q box.

What is the sky box that is not the Q box?
