Connection to internet issues

Several days now our sky Q box has continuous issues connecting to our broadband wifi router.

 

The router is with BT and perfectly fine as I WFH and had several calls this morning, plus all other devices (lights, doorbell, switch, laptops, mobiles etc et ) all work fine.  Download speed is 947mb upload is 112mb.

 

Ive rebooted both Q box and Router, even put router password in sevrral times.  All i get is and 'x' in connection to internet, and 'checking' every so often which comes backa with 'x'

 

This is for sure a issue with the Skybox not my router.
