Connection required

For the love of god how hard is it to get a person that will turn on my sky . Open reach came yesterday.. all good, the sky box is plugged in...., just needs turning on ... How?????

You've posted in the Q forum and stated OpenReach...  OpenReach would be for broadband and not Q...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
