The Sky Q WiFi is 10 years old now and struggles with newer hubs/routers and things like WPA3 security.
Your EE hub should have a feature called " Compatibility Mode" which I would recommend tuning on then connecting the Q box to. It's a "dumbed down" 2.4Ghz network that is ideal for connecting older devices.
Smart doorbells, plugs and cameras also seem to be more stable using it.
