Connection issues with mini box

Hi I'm looking for some advice,we lost Internet connection for a few hours just after midnight,everything reconnected this morning except we are now having issues with the mini box,the connection keeps coming and going,when we try to watch Netflix or a recorded programme we again lose connection.we have rebooted the mini box and main box and router,reset all the setting,reatactived the box's and have even tried another family members mini box.main box and all other devices are connected fine except the mini box,any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Have you carried out Network reset on the mini box @Quita43 


Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).

If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box

Hi yes I have tried that aswell.sky mini is in bedroom(it's not been moved to new room) and main box is in living room.
