So we took our sky q box to the van tried connecting to the campsites WiFi which was unsuccessful. Since being home just noticed it's connected to the campsites WiFi which is impossible as it's 2hrs away. Tried resetting and reconnecting to our router but it still keeps connecting to the campsites WiFi name. Any suggestions on how we can rectify this it's driving us crazy. Thanks

As you are were in breach of the terms and conditions of your Sky contract by doing so, this forum is not an ideal place to seek advice.
In principle, a network reset or full box reset should resolve the issue.

We have tried the reset of the router and reset of network but does nothing keeps reverting back. How do you do a full box reset and will it wipe everything we have saved ?

Unfortunately we did use it elsewhere , if we were to contact sky if we cannot resolve the issue what's the worst they could do woukd they just cancel it ?

Just carry out a Network reset on the Q box @Mtemple7
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router
If you are on Sky Broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

We have already tried this several times we have a sky router so pressed the WPS button. When it's connecting it does not even bring up our sky network and just goes to the wrong network automatically. Our mobiles are connected to wifi fine so god knows!!
