Compliant email

Got an compliant case ref xxxx saying that Sky have been trying to get in touch with me. They have not. I have no missed calls, no messages. I can't find a number to call. Service is pathetic. 6 weeks for an engineer visit. I want to cancel my sky TV. I am paying £139 per month for TV and broadband. I have little/ no TV service. Who do I speak too?

@AR16   You can't cancel anything through a public forum.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@AR16

A long wait for either a Sky engineer (there are a lot less of them than 12+ months ago), or an Openreach engineer is not uncommon since the recent storms.
