Complaint

Does anyone have a clue how to actually get somone to respond to a complaint. I have raised 3. all have been acknowledged none have been resolved and I just can't seem to get through to anyone who can help.

Sky will then have up to 6 weeks to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.
