Clicking sky q box

My sky q box keeps on making a clicking noise. I may need a new box. Could you please send out an engineer to see if this is the case. Much appreciated

We're other customers here - we can't send an engineer...

 

'clicking' noises can be normal from the hard drive but should not be excessive.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
