Charged for a mini box I dont have.
Hi, I'm being charged for Sky multi room when I don't have it. This is going back three years, after I paid for the Sky box they keep charging me. I've rung numerous times and the people speak perfect English when trying to sell you products but suddenly lose that ability when I explain why I'm calling and I want a refund. Obviously I've been subjected to the usual "hold for my supervisor" and then hang up. Unless rectified I'll be reported this and taking legal action.

Are you a Sky Q customer and if so to confirm that you do not have a Sky Q mini box and you also don't watch your recording back on the Sky Go app ?

Hi @JayDC Please note that it is Multiscreen and does not require a Mini box. Was it a requirement/bundle when taking a "free" upgrade to Sky Q? Multiroom is an old Sky+HD term.

@JayDC Multiscreen was also needed to receive UHD programmes up until around 2020 ish

Multiscreen was also typically part of the 'VIP upgrade' from Sky+ and required to get the no-up-front cost offer.
