Charge for Sky Box Office event

I have been charged £24.95 for "LIVE USYK V FURY 2" on 21/12/24. I did not knowingly order this and certainly didn't watch it

What did Sky say when you spoke to them? This is a customer helps customer forum, so for any account billing you'd need to phone Sky

The only way an even like this can be ordered is by providing the pin on the account so if you are sure nobody ordered it in your property then you will have to take this up by Sky by calling them about it as they might be able to tell you when it was ordered.

Spoke to Sky and after what seemed to be hours they agreed to refund the full amount. Thanks
