Channels unavailable

Over the last 2 days I've been unable to watch the cricket, cycling and tonight, the IOW festival.  I keep getting a message saying that due to a technical issue the channel is unavailable.  I can watch on other devices though.

 

I'm seriously aggreived that Sky make it almost impossible to locate a phone number and then have the audacity to refer every call to the Sky Community forum to get answers to problems with their service.  They've lost the plot, surely?  

 

I've checked the basics; stuff is plugged in, I've rebooted our VM modem, turned around, touched the ground, said a prayer, kicked the dog, gone for a long walk, held my breath, e-mailed my MP, cried, Facetimed my mum and done 3 laps of Netflix.  Does anyone have any idea why the dog won't come back when I call him?

 

Also, is the IOW festival any good and whats the cricket score?

Have you rebooted the Sky Q box as you haven't mentioned that?

Yeah, I've tried that too.  All othr channels are working ok, so we have service just not these ones...

Thank you @Daniel0210 and @oldfella.  I had tried the suggestions in the link, which didnt work, and managed to find the number to phone Sky on.  After 55 mins, and trying multiple solutions, I now have an engineer visit for 5 July and a decent discount off this month's bill.  Not great, but not a bad resolution provided it does get fixed.  The dog will be happier and safer, as a result.  The cricket isn't going so well, so I might be better off without it anyway...
