Do I need to return the Sky Hub Broadband Router?

I got a Sky Broadband Superfast package in May 2020. I'm cancelling the subscription now as I am moving to a new location. I chatted with a Sky agent on the website who initiated the cancellation, effective in 14 days. I subsequently received an email confirming this.

The email however says, "You will need to return the Sky owned equipment within 60 days of us sending you the necessary packaging and instructions, otherwise you will be charged a non-return charge for each piece of equipment you fail to return"

I reached out to Sky customer care to confirm when and where the packaging and instructions would be sent to as I have already moved out of the address on the Sky account.

The agent I spoke with said they checked your account and the equipment is for me to keep. They said I will not be charged anything and there is no return package being sent out to me. According to them, in 2019 & 2020, the Broadband routers sent out were owned by the customers.

Can someone please confirm this? The only exemptions I noticed on the website are in cases of bereavement.

We've been under the impression that only some Q Hubs from 2015/2016 are 'owned' by users.
