Channels not working

My Internet is working perfectly but my TV channels will not work. I get a message saying please wait for your programme to load and then the screen goes blue. I have tried switching the box off and on again it still won't work

@Emma225 Which system do you have as you've posted in the Sky Q forum which is a satellite delvered service (for TV channels) and does not rely on your broadband connection.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
