117 is Local TV and will depend on what area you're in.

 

If it's London then London TV closed on Satellite on 2nd June

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

117 was London TV, part of the Local TV group rather than That's TV. It was the only local channel left on Sky. 

 

For most of the day it simulcast True Crime (146) or Legend (148) so if there's a particular programme you're looking for it may be on those channels.
