Channel Index

So something time ago I asked abut Nw 70's missing from SkyQ.

I got an answer with the frequency, unfortunately (for me) before the channel went missing now 70's was at the top of my 'extra channel' list,

since it had to reset set my channels I can't get Now 70's to the top of the list 😢  yes, I know it doesn't take much to move the cursor down to get to the channel, it's just when I turn the TV on Now 70's was at the top of the list.

No matter how many times I delete channel 5's & start tune in Now 70's 1st l, then add the rest of the channels, Now 70's always goes down the bottom of the list, no matter if I put it in 1st, 6th or 10th. So is there a way of getting 70's top of the list? TIA.

As mentioned above.

On Sky Q, for adding manual channels, you cannot change the order.

The order they get listed is determined by a combination of their assigned name and frequency details, so it can look random.
If that name and its frequency changes ( which it has a few retimes recently for that channel), , their listing order may change.
So, as you have found out it will not always work out in the listing by which ones you add or remove in order.

hi @country.girl

I assume you are talking about your Favourtes

Once you have added the channels  & sinitially saved the list you can move them although it is not as intuitive as it could be

Re: Channel Index

I think this is an Irish customer who has to manually tune in various channels that aren't on the Irish EPG. I don't think there's any way to change the order of manually added channels.

Re: Channel Index

Thanx Xenon81,

@xenon81

yes you're tonight I'm the Irish lady you're thinking of.

Thanks for the information.  Aa I said some time ago Now79's was top of my list on 'extra' channels & just wanted to put it back on top

I was thinking there might not be a way, cause I deleted all extra channels & starred from scratch - 70's first, then ch 5 etc but 70's always seemed to go to the bottom of the list.

Thanks for your help on my last 2 questions.
