Channel 4 picture quality

Channel 4, and no other channel, keeps pixelating when I watch on my Sky Q box. Why? And is there anything I can do? It doesn’t happen all the time but often when I’m watching the news at 7pm

It could be a small misalignment of your dish - it's quite normal that only a few channels are impacted.

That's interesting, thanks. I live in a block of flats so I will ask if any neighbours have the same problem. I assume that, if they do, it  will confirm that is indeed a dish problem.
