Channel 4 HD
This channel says there is a problem with the satellite signal. Only this channel. Channel 4 and 4+ are ok. Any ideas please.

@Cath96 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

No I haven't as yet. I did what was suggested with the ?, but to no avail. I'll try this (have done many times in the past), but we have moved house and only been installed 4 weeks and felt it was a bit soon to be having problems being as all the other HD channels are fine I am at a loss.

Re: Channel 4 HD
Do you know which ITV region you are in? (London, Granada, etc). This will help work out which version of Channel 4 you are receiving as there are a few different regions. Chances are you are missing some other channels that are broadcast on the same frequency, but just haven't noticed yet.

Re: Channel 4 HD
We are in Bristol, so South West. All the other HD channels are fine.

Re: Channel 4 HD
Channel 4 South HD is broadcast on the same frequency as:
Alibi HD (109)
Gold HD (110)
Nickelodeon HD (604)
Are those channels working?

Re: Channel 4 HD
It sounds like your satellite dish is slightly out of alignment probably due to recent windy weather. See this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
You may end up having to arrange an engineer visit.

Re: Channel 4 HD
Yes I think an engineer visit will be required now as we know the whole frequency is affected.

Re: Channel 4 HD
I've done all suggested. I don't believe the dish has moved. Booked an engineer visit, so fingers crossed. Thank you.
