Last night the netflix app wasn't working on our Samsung Tv. Through samsung support they remotely reset the dns of the tv. Now we can only access apps on the tv and have no access to live tv. The sky q box is connected to the tv and the button is green. I'd appreciate any advice. Many thanks

hi @NoraMary
Assuming you are not get an image when you select the HDMI that SKY is on try pressing the following keys in Sequence
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
Which resets the box to the default Screen resolution
If that does work & your TV is a 4K TV you may need to tweak some settings in the TV before being able to switch the SKY Box to 4K (2160)
