Changing the registered Netflix account

When I got my skybox, I signed up on Netflix using another persons account. I have since stopped contact with this person and I need to remove their account from my skybox so I can use my own but there is no option to log out of Netflix on sky. I have read through the FAQs and cannot get a straight answer, I cannot contact the person anymore to ask them to log out of their Netflix account, can't sky just remove the account from my sky account so I can login myself with my details? I can't contact Netflix as they won't speak to anyone, but the account holder.

Open the Netflix app on the SKY Q box and scroll over to right hand side and scroll down to bottom where it says get help and click on it

 

Then down at button of next page click on Sign Out then sign back in with the correct details.

I've managed to sign out of the registered Netflix account on my skybox however when I try and go back into the Netflix app on sky, it will only come up with the same account and won't let me enter a different account?

Yeah same happened to me and for that reason amongst many others I'm cancelling sky . Its garbage I don't need yet they won't let me cancel .

What you suggested does not work . Sky is garbage.  I'll be glad to get rid of all of it .but they won't let me cancel in spite of not being in contract.  (Removed) its not good its garbage.  The q boxes never work correctly.  (Removed) Never paying for this again.  Ofcom complaint coming up .

They won't let you cancel netflix (is that bevause it's part of a bigger package you're on) or they won't let you change your associated netflix account?
