Changing from Sky Stream to Sky Q

Hello,

 

I recently bought sky Stream but much prefer Sky Q that i had a few years back. Is Sky Q still available and can i change over even though i have a contract with stream?

Q is still available.  If you are within the 'cooling-off' period for Stream you can reject it and then order Q

I think SKY generally seem to allow a switch from Stream to Q although I am not sure regarding specific contracts
