If you set up your Disney accont on your Sky box it should have automatically linked it to Sky, have you checked on the my Sky app in " your products" to see if it there? If not go to you Sky box and go to the Disney app if you are log in log out. I think you should get a screen with a QR code on it if so and you can use it with your phone or tablet. Other wise use the link which ether says activate or get. Put in the log in details of you Disney account, it might possably say you already have account it should then give you a prompt to link you account to Sky , and just follow the instructions.
